Sustainabilty Environment Asia 2025 Further Accelerates The Green Transition Of Business

Three Must- Attend Conferences on ESG, Carbon and Water from Nov 12-14

KUALA LUMPUR: From commitment to action, Sustainability Environment Asia (SEA) will deliver a pivotal push to businesses in Malaysia and the region to embrace green transition and ESG practices with three high impact conferences at its 3rd edition taking place next month.

SEA will be held from Nov 12 to 14 in co-location with the first Global Automotive and Technology Expo (GATE) which also features E-Mobility Asia (EMA) at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

Close to 500 delegates from business, government and stakeholder organisations are expected to gather for the ESG Malaysia Summit 2025 (Day One), SEA Conference on water demands in Malaysia’s data centre boom by Malaysian Water Association (Day Two) and Carbon Conference 2025 by Peterson Solutions (Day Three).

“We are honoured to join forces with sustainability leaders to empower the business community on green transition. Beyond the product showcase, SEA is taking a strategic effort to focus on education and best practices for enterprises including SMEs to bridge the gap between commitment and action, how to integrate sustainability to produce meaningful change for greater efficiency and future-proof for the long term,” said Ms Karen Goi, Project Director at Derrisen Sdn Bhd, the organiser of SEA and co-organiser of GATE with Malaysia Automotive Robotics & IoT Institute (MARii).

Promoting green transition and supporting SMEs get on board are crucial for Malaysia to meet its pledge to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050. SMEs account for 97% of Malaysian businesses and 48% of the workforce.

The three conferences will bring together industry leaders, policymakers, financial experts and sustainability innovators to explore how going green can unlock value for businesses and a greener environment.
