A recent collaboration demonstrates the ability of Eco Engineering. In the months leading up to Commerce Department’s investigation of anti-circumvention claims against module manufacturers producing finished goods in SE Asia. A large client contacted Eco Engineering to explore alternatives to the modules outlined in their IFP plan set for which racking had already been made. Using their deep industry connections, the company found an alternative module with the same wattage and physical size and a few pounds lighter. This meant racking fabrication could proceed with minor modifications and a minor impact on the schedule or the need for a full system redesign. This allowed the customer to elect to make the change without much disruption.
